Jason and Nell were amazing to work with. They were beyond professional and patient with all of my questions and concerns. We saw a number of places and they were very helpful in narrowing down neighborhoods (since I'm new to Chicago). They even were able to compare NY neighborhoods with Chicago neighborhoods to give me a sense of the vibe and make sure it matched with what I was looking for in a new home. Once we decided to put in an offer on a place, they did an excellent job of doing their due diligence on comparison values to figure out how best to negotiate. I can't recommend them enough.
